35 tested negative in Kangra district: DC

Deputy Commissioner Rakesh Prajapati said that samples of 35 persons were found negative on Friday. All persons entering the district are being medically examined the barriers. People coming from red zone are being sent to institutional quarantine. People coming from other states having flu like symptoms, are also being sent to institutional quarantine. 315 persons who came from Goa on Friday were also kept at Satsang Bhawan, Paror under institutional quarantine.
He along with SP Vimukt Ranjan inspected the check posts at barriers and gave instructions to health and police personnel. He told that 45,000 persons kept under quarantine were being monitored regularly. All persons coming from other states in the district are being kept under home quarantine for 28 days. Supply of essential items is being maintained in the district and there is no shortage of any essential items in the district.
